We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for smaller gatherings, and 2-3 months ahead for weddings or large corporate events, to secure your preferred date, venue, and vendor availability.
Both. You can hire us for complete end-to-end planning — venue, decor, catering, entertainment, and logistics — or bring us in for specific services alone, such as just decor or just catering, depending on what you need.
We always build a contingency plan for outdoor events, including tent or canopy backups, indoor alternate spaces, and closer weather monitoring as the date approaches, so your event can proceed smoothly even if conditions change.
You're welcome to bring your own vendors — we'll coordinate with them directly on your behalf. You can also choose from our trusted vendor network, or mix both. Whatever works best for you.
We typically work on a milestone-based payment structure — an advance to confirm your booking, followed by scheduled payments as planning progresses. Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on how close to the event date the request is made; our team will share the exact policy when you book.
We begin with a discovery conversation to understand your vision, then share mood boards, design concepts, and stage layouts for your review. These are refined based on your feedback until the theme is fully finalized before any setup begins.
